Becoming a Sponsor
The Atlanta Area Aquarium Association is a nonprofit organization that relies heavily on the support of our generous sponsors. AAAA was founded in 1995 and is a 501c3 organization dedicated to the education of our members, dissemination of information related to fish keeping, and various conservation efforts for freshwater species and their habitats. AAAA publishes a monthly digital newsletter (Fish Talk) and currently has over 200 supporting members. We also host 11 monthly events that are free and open to the public to attend.
AAAA is appreciative of its sponsors and takes every opportunity to promote the local fish stores and businesses that support our club. This also provides an opportunity for companies, manufacturers, and other aquarium related businesses to reach new customers who share an interest in the aquarium hobby.
Products donated will be used to raise funds to support the costs of our public website, meeting rentals and other activities. Donated items are raffled and/or auctioned at our monthly events. If you can make a contribution of aquarium related products or other items, please email donations@atlfishclub.com and provide the following information:

Sponsorship Levels
All levels come with 2 sponsor memberships. Bylaws Article 3, Section 4 , C) Sponsor: Individuals or Businesses providing financial or material support to the association; they shall be admitted after acceptance into the sponsorship program by majority vote of the Board of Directors. They shall pay no dues, hold no elected office, and have no voting privileges. The number of Sponsor membership cards granted to each business may not exceed two (2).
E-tailer Sponsor – to be used by businesses that do not have a brick and mortar storefront. For an annual donation of $150 (retail value) of product and/or a discount code to be used by our members for a minimum of 10% off purchases, your company logo and link are placed on the sponsorship page of our website and in our digital Fish Talk magazine for 1 year.
E-tailer Benefactor – to be used by businesses that do not have a brick and mortar storefront. For an annual donation of $300 (retail value) of product and a discount code to be used by our members for a minimum of 15% off purchases, your company logo and link are placed on the sponsorship page of our website and in our digital Fish Talk magazine for 1 year. In addition, your logo and link will be placed on the rotating banner displayed on our website. If you would like to provide us with a poster or banner with your company logo, we will display it at our club events. You will be allowed to promote your business on our Facebook group freely (within Facebook standards for our group).You also have the option for a free table at our swap meets and biannual auctions to display and sell your products or to perform demos.
LFS Sponsor - in return for your donation of a minimum of $150 (retail value) of product and/or a discount of 10% for our card-carrying members, your company logo and link are placed on the sponsorship page of our website and of our digital Fish Talk magazine for 1 year.
LFS Benefactor- in return for your donation of a minimum of $300 (retail value) of product or more and a discount of 15% for our card-carrying members. Your company logo and link are placed on the sponsorship page of our website and in our digital Fish Talk magazine for 1 year. In addition, your logo and link will be placed on the rotating banner displayed on our website. If you would like to provide us with a poster or banner with your company logo, we will display it at our club events.
