Mini Auction February 7th 2026

Board of Directors meeting at Noon. Everyone is welcome to observe.
Meeting starts at 1:00 PM and the President will introduce the speaker at 1:30 PM
Auction will follow the speaker after a short intermission
Bidder numbers will be assigned when you check in at the venue.
Rules
You cannot sell anything banned by state law.
NO ZIPLOC bags for anything.
15 lot limit per seller. Extra lots are donation only.
No more than 2 lots of any one item. Bags may be combined at the discretion of auction personnel.
Please bag your items appropriately. This means in a bag (or two) with an appropriate amount of water (⅓ bag for animals, cover the bottom seam for plants). Please do not use Ziploc bags. Your LFS will usually have bags if you ask.
Dry goods are welcome. No open foods or chemicals are allowed.
Public Sellers will receive a 50/50 split of proceeds from their items. Supporting members will receive a 70/30 split of proceeds from their items.
All items submitted for BAP, Cares, and HAP should be properly labeled on the lot with the program name. Also please submit your BAP/Cares form and HAP form to receive full credit.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bags deemed not fit for sale.
