I wrote in for this, explained a few things to them, and finally came out with the following:

That's right! My website is now an authorized ONLINE Hikari reseller! Just got word back this afternoon, and sent the full document up to my wholesaler so they could get the restrictions removed from their website. According to Hikari's response, they don't normally give authorization to online resellers (so you shouldn't be able to find their products on Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay unless actually sold BY THEM). But there are special circumstances here that I explained clearly to them, and they agreed! Also, for every purchase made for Hikari-brand items, 1% will be donated to Pets In The Classroom!
