Keeping tropical fish in tubs outside during the summer
Hi, I’m wondering what everyone’s experience is keeping fish outside during the summer. This is my first time trying it out and a was wondering when everyone starts bringing them indoors again? I noticed it got a little cooler last night and don’t want to loose anything when the temps get too low. Thanks!

I'd keep a lot of fish outside if I could, but yeah abt the temps. I was trying to redo a larger tank for my Panda corys last summer, so moved them to a tank in the garage temporarily. I noticed within a few days that they were miserable b/c of the heat, so gave up that idea. Other fish, though? Sure, why not? I wish somebody else had answered, b/c I think it's a good question. I never noticed it getting much cooler at night last month, though. And I'd guess it also depends on what kind of container you have them in. Like an in-ground pond isn't going to have the temp swings the way an aquarium or other above-ground container. What kind(s) of fish do you have outdoors? Asking for a friend. 😶
