Hi new to planted aquariums. Have couple of java ferns, anubias and sword. Anubias and sword seem OK, java fern producing tons of rootlets at tips. I have conflicting advice from aquariumcoop forum; some say that is just a healthy plant, others say it' a sign of stress and I need to figure out what is wrong. Who is right?

Water testing consistently shows 0 nitrates, other parameters in normal range.
