Hi all! from South of the ATL
Hi all! I'm Rosanna Dove and new to the association - so far I've attended the spring swap meet. I'm looking forward to getting involved as time permits. We have a group of fish fanatics on the southside that the AAAA has generously listed on their website. We're known as the South of Atlanta Fish Hobbyists and I can't wait for all of us to join the AAAA and get involved. I was amazed at the swap meet - all of the different plants, fish, inverts etc. Truth be told I have a one track mind - and it's always on Malawi African Cichlids - with Synodontis mixed in. I literally fell into the breeding aspect when someone who I consider my mentor decided to stop her breeding program - and gave me so much. My current breeding groups are Star Sapphire (2 F1's in the colony), Rubescent (F1 Male), OB/hybrid, Mbamba, Dragon Blood, Blueberry Fryeri, and my nemesis - the Mdoka White Lips who have not spawned yet. I also have a few groups growing out and I will start spawning them when old enough - split gene Red Empress and Mylandi Sulfur Crest. Can't wait to meet everyone at the up coming events.
