Fish have white specks all over body and semi cloudy eyes, any way to fix this?
About a few hours ago (about 7) I had gotten home only to see that my fish had developed in just a few hours sense I had left a white cloudy-ness in the eyes so I went ahead and looked it up and it said either ammonia issue, disease or fungus. So with that I went with the advice given and did a water change and added medication to the water. Then I went to eat and when I can back a little bit ago the white cloudiness in the eyes had also spread to be white specks in the fishes "skin" as well as two of my catfish being dead. I have tested the water and the results came out fine.
Also the water change was 1/3 a 75 gallon.
The meds being taken were prime, aquarium salt, ich X.
I am at a loss as to what to do at this point and I would appreciate any help that can be given thank you!

Sorry to hear about your fish. I usually never treat with both Ich X and salt at the same time. It's kinda rough on the fish. It looks like it could be ich. Have you added any new fish recently? When is the last time filters were cleaned?
At this stage, I would do another 80-75% water change and bump your heat up to 86 for a few days. Follow the instructions on the Ich-X and dont use salt this time.
Ich-X is a good product but strong. I use it as a last resort. First steps are water change, raise heat and add salt. Pink Himaylain Salt is my go to because of its natrual propertys, if I dont see results with it I got to Melaflex, again a little more natrual. This is just my .02 and what ive done to get great results.
Wish you the best with there recovery,
Jay
